{"id":106793,"date":"2023-11-23T14:14:19","date_gmt":"2023-11-23T13:14:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bdss.dev\/muniStaging\/?p=106793"},"modified":"2023-11-27T15:25:48","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T14:25:48","slug":"habilitacion-municipal-de-comercio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bdss.dev\/muniStaging\/?p=106793","title":{"rendered":"HABILITACI\u00d3N MUNICIPAL DE COMERCIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El interesado deber\u00e1 presentar una\u00a0<strong>SOLICITUD DE HABILITACI\u00d3N<\/strong> <strong>MUNICIPAL DE COMERCIO, OFICINAS, CONSULTORIOS , ASOCIACIONES, CLUBES, GALER\u00cdAS , CENTROS COMERCIALES, ENTRE OTRAS <\/strong>en la Municipalidad de San Lorenzo, iniciando de esta manera el tramite.<\/p>\n<p>La solicitud de deber\u00e1 estar acompa\u00f1ada por la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nombre y Apellido del responsable.<\/li>\n<li>Fotocopia D.N.I del responsable.<\/li>\n<li>Tel\u00e9fono y email de contacto.<\/li>\n<li>Nombre del comercio.<\/li>\n<li>Rubro del comercio.<\/li>\n<li>Comprobante de inscripci\u00f3n de AFIP Y RENTAS.<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n sobre el inmueble donde funcionara el comercio:\n<ul>\n<li>Domicilio(Calle, Numero, Barrio) \/ N\u00b0 de Catastro.<\/li>\n<li>Acreditaci\u00f3n del derecho de usa del inmueble: Titulo de Propiedad\/ Contrato de alquiler\/ Comodato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Planos de arquitectura aprobados\/ Planos de relevamientos rubricados por personal competente\/ Croquis.<\/li>\n<li>Certificados de desinfecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Certificado de salud y manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos (en caso de corresponder).<\/li>\n<li>P\u00f3liza de Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil (a partir de 25 m2).<\/li>\n<li>Matafuego ABC de 5 kg cada 100m2 (solo para aquellas actividades de bajo impacto ambiental).<\/li>\n<li>Estudio de Impacto Ambiental (en caso de corresponder).<\/li>\n<li>Estudio de Higiene y Seguridad (en caso de corresponder).<\/li>\n<li>Contrato Societario (en caso de corresponder).<\/li>\n<li>Certificado de Bomberos voluntarios de San Lorenzo.<\/li>\n<li>Libro de Quejas y Sugerencias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MEDIOS DE PAGO DISPONIBLES:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Mercado Pago (Aplicaci\u00f3n para Celulares).<\/li>\n<li>Pago F\u00e1cil.<\/li>\n<li>Rapipago.<\/li>\n<li>Transferencias Bancarias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las transferencias Bancarias deben efectuarse a la siguiente cuenta bancaria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Entidad Bancaria:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Banco Macro S.A.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Titular:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Municipalidad de San Lorenzo.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>CUIT:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a030-65674783-4<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Cuenta Bancaria:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Cta.
